Cultural Dress-up

As a Fun activity, we took our photo and imported an image from the web that depicted the country/ culture we represented.

Cultural Concert

As part of our Immersion activities, Karaka Whanau were responsible for organising our Cultural
dress-up day and concert. We had some volunteers from our children and families to share their cultural items with us. There were some amazing, beautiful, performances and we are very privileged as a school to have so many different cultures within our community.

My Story My Culture

Our Concept for Term 1 is "My Story My Culture."
We are learning that Culture is kept alive in the traditions, stories and beliefs of a group of people.
Also that the events, stories and teachings of Jesus are examples of how to live our lives.

Our Class

We are the Room 10 class for 2015. We are gorgeous, handsome, talented young people who look forward to being the tuakana of our whanau and our school. We look forward to sharing our work with you this year!
